I did not know there existed more than one launcher. I am currently at an meeting in the city, but I try to help you as much as I can.
Firstly do you have these two mods downloaded.
-Harmony
-My little warband
And is harmony ABOVE the native module?
Lastly are you using bannerlord 1.0.0? By right clicking the game in the steam library and clicking properties then beta and changing it to 1.0.0? If you using 1.0.1 I recently reverted the support for that version, as the original mod creator recently came back, and the 1.0.1 version is quite unstable. (But I never heard about a bug that makes it not selecteable)

My Little Warband the square is greyed out and I am unable to click on it - Harmony is present and in the top of the list along with the dependencies I'm using the latest version as I can't even select it anyway regardless of what version it is
Did you download MLW & harmony from steam? Try unsubscribing (wait 10 seconds) and resubscribing to both
It seems like the mod is not detecting that you have harmony, which is why it grayed out.

Downloading Harmony from Nexus lets every other mod work EXCEPT MLW... O_o
I see the problem, ya can't do that when playing on 1.0.1
Because all mods are updated at different times and sometimes not updated at all on these small patches. I added a few patches to make this mod COMPATIBLE with 1.0.1
Let's make an example.
I have 20 mods, I made sure all these mods are on 1.0.0 here on steam,
yet for sometimes a person comes and say hey Ima update my mod and completely ruin it on the earlier version *Cough* Europe
That means my game is broken now.
Firstly- It incredilble rude of a mod creator to update their mod without telling people, since now I need to spend maybe an hour to find what mod updated.
Secondly- Most mod creators need to learn that their EARLIER version is more important then their new version, since people sometimes don't want a mod updated.
Now what to do?
What I did was I went on nexus and downloaded the Europe version 1.0.0 (Aka I pretty much reverted the mod back to the earlier versio) and put it in the bannerlord module
Now this does not work with every mod, since some are hard coded into a certain version and etc. Harmony on steam is made for 1.0.1 & 1.0.0
What I recommend you doing is trying to find all mods you using and reverting them all back to 1.0.0 a stable and probably more mod compatible verison.
Now I really gotta go, I got a meeting to catch.
PS You are making sure you don't have duplicates folders in the module folder right?
Do not have a steam version & a nexus version!
Yes I also checked / removed any duplicates for either no joy at all in either case
I appreciate your help and hopefully you where not late for your meeting!
