No clue what you mean. But by changing the settings to allow custom unit recruitment for your leading kingdom. It makes all vassals and AI under your kingdom FORCED to recruit your custom troops (If they don't recruit from another village or prisoner)

Also don't ask why you see enemy lords using your troops since the same goes for them. It a base game mechanic.

Question about this, I noticed that I'm able to recruit my own custom units in villages that don't belong to me or my kingdom?

By default, the player (and only the player) can *always* access custom troops from any settlement - you can switch between custom and default troops in the settlement menu window. I don't think there's a way to turn this off completely, so if it bothers you or seems "cheaty" then you will have to just leave the recruitment selection to default and you will still see custom troops in your own fiefs if you have options set that way (mod does not have this turned on by default).

If you have options set to have player-owned settlements offer custom troops by default, then your settlements will always offer the same custom recruits when you switch between custom and default ( as custom troops are now the default for player-owned settlements). These are also what other nobles will see/access when they visit that settlement, and they will no longer be able to recruit the old default units. If you lose the fief, recruits will return to their original default.
