- The Border States, although based on an actual historical division, look a bit too thin on the map. They could stand to be expanded to more states that aren't considered part of the Deep South: Virginia, Tennessee and North Carolina, maybe even Arkansas.
- Baja California could be added to the Pacific Coast, uniting the Californias together
- Prussia could maybe have Brandenburg and Pomerania added? Alternatively, you could do a Baltics region with Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, East and West Prussia, and add Belarus together with Ukraine for a full Ruthenia region
- I would personally move Iceland into Scandinavia, and Greenland into Northern Territories, doing away with the North Atlantic which only has 2 states.
- Maybe switch New Zealand to the Oceania region? Considering at this point in time it's all Maori.
Other than that I like pretty much all the other changes! Keep up the good work!
- Angola standing by its own looks a little weird. I would probably add it into Congo.
- Maybe add a Pontic Steppe region like the one in EU IV? Crimea, Cherson, Luhansk, Rostov, Astrakhan, maaaaaybe Kursk and Saratov too.
Thank you for all these suggestions! I'm not entirely sure how I want to restructure Europe, but Baltics - Ruthenia just doesn't make sense in hindsight. Similarly, I apparently caused a balance issue for the AI with the Gulf of Guinea region in Africa, so I will also rework Africa. I'll keep these in mind, and start working on a few changes for North America (since that will be the simplest to implement) over the next few days!
