Below is a walk-through of The Gingerbread House. Each puzzle will be listed with a "nudge" hint first (because sometimes, that's all you need), followed by the full solution.

Outside House:
Follow the gumdrop path to the front door. You'll find a piece of Delicious Free Candy. Click it to "enter" the house.

Storeroom/Cage:
You will be teleported into a cage area. If you turn around, you will find a note on the bottom right hand side of the shelf. The note emphasizes following BREAD crumbs.
Hint: Look around the storeroom for something with the word "bread".
Solution: There is a bread box located underneath the crate on the left hand inside. Inside the bread box you will find coffee beans, a green tea bag, and a key. Use the key to unlock the cage. The keyhole is to the left of the iron bars.

In the Cottage:
Coffee Beans/Green Tea Bag:
After getting out of the cage, use the items you found in the bread box as the clue for your next steps.
Hint: Look around the kitchen area for where coffee beans could go and for where you might see 'green tea'.
Solution: On the very left of the kitchen area is a tea pot. Below that is a shelf with different drawers labeled. Open the drawer that says "Green Tea" and you will find the magic match.
Solution: The coffee beans can be placed in the coffee grinder on the left side of the kitchen. Turn the handle and it will open to give you a bottle of Ink Remover.

Ink Remover:
Hint 1: Try looking in the storeroom for something with ink on it.
Hint 2: Read the card carefully.
Solution: Take the birthday card (found in the storeroom on the shelf on the back wall) and place it on the desk (under the window). Open the card and then use the invisible ink to remove the ink splotch.

Birthday Card Message:
Hint 1: Look around the room for something that has a white car on it.
Hint 2: The pictures on the wall in the living room have white cars.
Solution: There are 8 pictures hanging in the living room. Four of them have a white car in it. Look behind those 4 pictures to get a 4-digit code. Correct code: 1283. On the left of the cabinet below the pictures, you will find 8 gold square buttons. Enter the code there to have the left side of the cabinet open. Inside you will find a key, a pumpkin basket with candy inside, and on the door is a note that says "Best Meat Pie Recipes" with a drawing of a book on it.

Meat Pie:
Hint 1: All the information you need is on the note; it's telling you what to look for, and where to put it.
Hint 2: What do you light with a match?
Hint 3: Have you used the key you found yet?
Solution: Go the to bookshelf in the living room and find the book "Best Meat Pies". Take the book and place it on the desk where it says "picture of a book". Use the magic match to light the candle next to it. This will make a code appear on the book cover. Correct code: 736. Use the key you found earlier to unlock the door to the witch's bedroom. Use the code to open the 3-digit lock next to the bed. This will give you the paper "My Favorite Ice Cream Flavors".

Ice Cream:
Hint 1: Look for the picture that has ice cream on it.
Hint 2: Start at banana and then move according the the list.
Hint 3: The ice cream cones on the box on the dining table look a little like arrows.
Solution: Use the list of favorite ice cream flavors to open the ice cream cone box. There is a picture of ice cream flavors in the dining room. Start on banana, then move up to watermelon, right to raspberry sorbet, right to neopolitan, down to chocolate, left to salted caramel, up to blood orange, left to rainbow sherbet, right to butter pecan, right to chocolate chip, and down to matcha green tea. Use the ice cream buttons on the box to input the code. Correct code: ^>><v^<>>v (up, right, right, down, left, up, left, right, right, down). Inside the box is a paper called "New Hanging Arrangement".

Logic Puzzle:
Hint 1:Read through everything first. Do you remember somewhere where you saw cars, and birds, and cakes?
Hint 2: Try doing lines 4 and 5 first. This will get you 3 of the 8 pictures in the correct space.
Hint 3: If you do lines 1 and 2 next, you will be able to figure out which 4 paintings are on the bottom, and which are on top.
Hint 4: Use lines 3, 6, and 7 to figure out the final placement.
Solution: Apologies in advance. This one is hard to describe without the actual visuals. Top row from left to right: artwork with red car, artwork with yellow car, artwork with green car, artwork with white car (green background with a slice of pink cake, and tall pink flowers). Bottom row from left to right: Artwork with white car (has dice in the upper right corner), artwork (no car; has 2 birds), artwork with white car (green background with large pink roses, and a bundt cake with chocolate syrup), artwork with white car (has red roses, cake has strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup). Once the pictures are place correctly, the bottom right cabinet should open and give you 3 mushrooms and a paper with a riddle on it.

Mushrooms:
Hint 1: One of the words in the riddle on the paper lists a something that is found inside the cottage. Try taking the paper there.
Hint 2: Have you found all 8 mushrooms?
Solution: Take the paper with the mysterious riddle on it to the large black oven in the kitchen and place it on the front of the oven door. After a couple of seconds, a drawing should appear. Use the drawing to place the mushrooms in the planter to the left of the oven.
Mushroom locations: Black: on top of oven; Red: on shelf above sink in kitchen; Blue: in teacup in kitchen; Yellow: under desk, on the chair; Purple: in bedroom cabinet; White: In cabinet after solving New Hanging Arrangement puzzle; Green: in cabinet after solving New Hanging Arrangement puzzle; Brown: in cabinet after solving New Hanging Arrangement puzzle.
Correct placement order: Bottom half of planter should be black, blue, red, purple. Top half of planter should be yellow, brown, green, white. This will open a drawer next to you. Inside will be a paper called "Decorating Cakes with Candy."

Candy Decorating:
Hint 1: Use the candy pieces you found in the pumpkin basket on the cake decoration template board in the kitchen. The guide you got from the mushroom machine will tell you how to place them.
Hint 2: Have you seen the items on the edge of the board somewhere else in the kitchen?
Solution: Using the candy from the pumpkin basket, place them on the cake decoration template board in the kitchen using the guide from the mushroom machine. Each line will form an arrow that points to either the pan, fork, knife, or spoon. On the recipe box in the kitchen you will see those same items on top of the lid. Press them in the same order you got from placing the candy pieces down. The correct order is: pan, fork, knife, spoon, knife, fork, pan. The lid will open and you will see an assortment of recipe cards.

Recipes:
Hint 1: One of the recipe cards could improve something in the kitchen.
Solution: Use the recipe card Sweet Cake Icing. Sugar can be found on top of the large black oven. Spice is on the shelf in the kitchen near the sink. Everything Nice can be found in store room on the hanging wall shelf to the left when you walk in. Wooden spoon is in kitchen on the counter top. Cauldron is in sink. Place cauldron on empty counter space area in kitchen. Add each ingredient, then place spoon in cauldron. Cauldron should now have a white mixture inside. Take cauldron and pour it over the Ugly Cake. After the Pretty Cake appears, you should see a cabinet key on top of the cake.

Final Escape:
Use the key you found on the Pretty Cake to open the locked cabinet in the kitchen. Look under the witch's hat to find the final key and unlock the front door to get out.
