Probably the problem of cubemap, type in console "mat_specular 0", it you don't wanna see it (i will wait when author will fix it)

the lockers at the end of the map (in the latest update) are bypassable and the npcs can kill you through the locker

it is! Other then the fact what if you need to "Reset the map" "Reset the map" "Reset the map" over and over because you don't want the lights to break in some rooms?

Yeah, I don't think it's possible. you can only add default NPCs into maps, not modded ones.
