SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS DISCUSSION

Please post here any suggestions or thoughts you have which you think would make the mod more enjoyable, I'd love to hear them, and I think all the feedback I get whenever I release an update- it all helps!

I'm really liking the mod's flavor, but it would be nice to have a separate version that's more balanced. Having things like three huge modifiers per each national idea kinda makes the game too easy.

Yeah totally agree, it would be better if 1st idea didnt have -15% all power cost 2nd one only 10ica and 5 discipline third one just a colonist or recruitment of explorers and so on, its just a little bit too much

How about making the Flagbarers be special regiments like the Rajputs?

I'm looking into doing this once the code for modding is available- at the moment all special units are hard-coded, so doing so is impossible. Currently I'm working on adding the Flagbearers as an exclusive mercenary type which grants bonuses for recruitment, and so on. Good to know the ideas I have are shared though!

I think the current mission tree needs some work, it seams like it is just a standard British mission tree of conquering the British isles, building the isles up, colonization, take India, and conquer France.
Maybe adding a mission branch related to the roman legacy of the nation would help spice it up? Maybe a branching mission line where you can pick to either reconquer the old roman provinces, or try to be elected Holy Roman Emperor.
Also an event where the Byzantines request help form their western roman brothers could be interesting.

This is already in my plans for the coming updates, so good call!

This exact thing is in development too, I'm just taking my time to ensure it is done well.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely consider some reworks for the Missions tree overall too- a second opinion really helps more than you think!

it wuold be nice with a braching mission path that let you got isolatonist or not got world empore just colonise one colonial region and like make it an exstent of the nation
like aan isolasenets dev path were youu just dev the ♥♥♥♥ out of britan and dont colonies the world

we cuold also exspand on the byzantine help request for a coup game in mp were britannia cuold become a special suupcjet that cant be annexed and can aalso go to war then 2 braches in form of missions one were byzantium turns youu intro the western empire or were byzzantium task you with lording over the islands and be the empires navy and colopny spreader

im a lttile sa about the lose of the10 combat bonus
i never really use merchs beouuces i cant change there army composision to fit my armys and that they cost proffesiolisem
i hope our elite guys dont cost professionliem

i love dev missions really love them spesificly province modifires that makes the provines look alive

we cuold uuse the branching missions to make an isolasenist path ffor briannia were they can colonise the east coast of murica but will mustly just stay on the island and build it up

i also have a suggestion regarding the capital like maake it more special with a small mission brach juust detecatd to it or youu cuold chose to move it to londonium and have the missions become brachingm issions were the to candidates ggets buffs and depeding on what province as the capital a drifent monoment will be made in the province

i have another suuggestion
i thoght about maybe you cuuold make up some roman buildings aas monuments that wuuold have been preserved in this time line like a colosium
another ideas is that you can build like a ggreat harbor as a monument throw a missions witch wold be able to build ships really fast

i also have another idea for dev missions like something regareding the army, coal and GARUM
also if you add an isolationist path were the colony missions fogus only on colonising the american east coast well how about you wuold be able to annex it and use the appalachian mountans as the border
