(this is not official) any addons which cause problems that effect the game play (not console errors) can be written
here.
the main kind of problems are thing like: players speed or health not being lowered when equipping suit (this is most likely to be a heath/speed changing addon) not gaining weapons when equipping suits (loadout addons might cause this) and npc still attack or be friendly when equiping a suit (addons which effect AI could cause this)
