Weird loud crunch noise (BUG)

For some reason, when i try to select something in the menu, (only the main menu and anything that utilizes the standard gmod UI sound effect) it would sound normal for a second then it would change to a short sound audio of a loud white noise then before cutting off.

probably conflicting addons

I also habe this but even though i deactivated all my other addons it is still there which means it has nothing to do with the addons
