Can't recruit new heroes

Hi - first of all, love the mod. Playing as Asteropaios, I don't seem to be able to recruit a new hero, meaning I'm limited to 2 armies - there was one available for recruitment who I took but there weren't any others and the list hasn't refreshed since. Is there anything that could be interfering with it?

You need Rhesus&Memnon DLC to play Paeonians/Mysia/Cicones without any problems. Without DLC these factions will miss some elements in the campaign. Sadly, one of them are generic heroes.
