Head Exploding
Maybe remove the head exploding, the bone breaking sure, but when it explodes the head it kinda ruins the mood, and the rp if doing one

I wouldn't say remove the head exploding, but just add an option to disable it.

you can just remove vecna right before its about to pop someones head and then unfreeze the victim/person's torso to make them stop floating

Well when it comes to a popping eye effect, y'know how it creates a hole in a person's body when they get shot/stabbed? Maybe something like that. where it just causes the person to bleed out of where their eyes are or create a stab wound where their eyes are.

Put a Option to Disable it so if you don't want if Just disable it not remove I love the head popping for my livestream
