How do i use the healing?

I tried everything i could think off, tried using ALT at low health,tried using ALT at medium health, tried using it with another key binded, tried using rage mode beforehand, tried putting armstrongs health at literally 0, am i doing something wrong or is it bugged at the moment?

its supposed to be your walking key so if your walking key is set to something different, you have to use that key to heal.
