It is impossible because animations and models of the enemies cannot be extracted from that game

and the map village resident evil 4 will have ai nodes for npcs?

its a large map, ai nodes would probably difficult.

Extracting models from other game engine into different engine called "porting", Pretty sure you can port every models/animations/etc as long as it doesn't exceed the engine limitation. Just need to know the method to 'port' models; Making the models support other game engine.

yeah one issue, the animation format... i got no clue what it is, there may not be tools to actually extract them yet
