So far only 1 small bug I found:

In the deadlands Workshop there used to be an L shaped shopping counter closing up the shopkeeps area, that seems to be gone at this time.

As weird as it sounds, it's completely normal! I've removed the "old" furniture that was still included in the construction menu, as I plan to replace them with the "new" furniture, hence the removal of the L-shaped shop counter. A soon-to-come reskin of the workshop will make sure that the L-shaped shop counter is replaced by a newer version.

I notice that this mod seems to remove awnings from the tops of towers like the Shinobi bases and from anything else that uses them. I am not sure if this is by design or a bug. I tried the mod alone with no other mods and got the same effect.

Totally normal at the moment, as I planned to redesign these building interiors. As of now, they will remain that way, until their redesign!

For some reason one of the weapon storages becomes unlootable, just a static world prop.

Unable to access the skeleton repair beds in the small robotics shops

So i was running into an issue with looting book stands in any of the labs around the map, as well as the weapon stands. seems this mod turns them into a static objects. Turned this mod off and i was able to loot said objects again. I haven't tested it with only this 1 mod running.

Crashes game while running in holy nation area. Unloaded and re-loaded mods this is the only one that it crashes when enabled.

Looks like I am not the only one.
This mod makes Weapon Racks static objects. Unable to open (owned) or loot (enemy).

I loaded only this mod and got the same results.
