Inadequacy
  • When hit, your failure haunts you in the form of a ghost
  • Although passive-aggressive, the ghost is friendly

Guilt
  • Spawns one of your Sins when entering a boss room
  • Makes boss fights harder, but can lead to an extra award

Revolution
  • Active Item (6 charges)
  • Instantly makes every enemy in the room friendly, as with Friendly Ball

Anarchist's Payback
  • When you take damage during a boss fight, you get a Giga Bomb and a Chaos Card
  • Only works once per floor

Apostasy
  • After entering a Devil Room or Angel Room and not taking any item/pickup, spawns 2 old chests and 2 wooden chests
  • The chests appear at the start of the next floor

Condemnation
  • While in a room with enemies, spawns multiple cracks on the ground based on your fire rate
  • Walking over these cracks summons exploding ghosts
  • This is the regular punished's starting item.

Acceptance
  • Active Item (4 charges)
  • Spawns 2 friendly sins for the current room

Cycle of Abuse
  • 75% of the damage you deal from most sources is repeated in a radius near the target
  • The original target also takes the extra damage

Haunting Memories
  • Replaces some of your tears with exploding ghosts
  • 100% chance at 15 Luck

Locked Memories
  • Spawns 3 cracked keys

Fading Memories
  • Whenever you are hit by an enemy, you use the Stars? card
  • This happens until the card removes this item as well

Cherished Memories
  • Active Item (12 charges)
  • On use, spawns a mom/dad related item

Sad Ghost
  • 1.2 Tear Delay down
  • This item is exclusive to the regular Punished's birthright reroll pool
