Only human exploding and box going inside someones head works

thats happening to me tho i change the color of the chip when i spawn guns they dont take the guns and they just stand like nothing happened

i did fix it but it was cause i had ocm on, so if you have any advanced organ mods or stuff disable them and that should fix it
