you can't interact with every npc, if you about that

yes i cant interact npcs above this npc it says papers please when i press e it does nothing.

После установления усилителя машина ломается. Ездит, когда вас нет внутри, нельзя сесть за руль, только на пассажирские места и тд

Ключ в уборных есть, катсцены могут быть всраты только если у тебя очень маленькое значение ФПС
