I have albino characters everywhere
I downloaded the mods in the correct order and put them in the right load order as well. Some mods do say they are made for a different version of the game so maybe that's causing the issue?

Im having no issues! But i've seen some other people have issues, I think its to do with Ethnicities and Portraits expanded as thats not updated, but no idea why it works for some and not for others
