I have skimmed the comment section to piece together what happened and it appears the custom animations for other characters have been removed due to quote "bugs and errors". As well as apparently progress on a bunch of other characters being lost due to the author's PC switch, so my best guess is the author gave up and just gave everyone Isaac's death animation. Honestly I'm quite disappointed and wanted to use this mod since I watched a showcase with multiple character deaths and they all looked quite good, but I don't really want my character to just become Isaac for no reason everytime I die. I suppose they have better things to do.
