This a very unique and challenging scenario, you start with a very limited deployment (27 slots) and gain more over time.
At beginning of deployment you can recruit a new hero for 7 Commendation Points. Hans Ulrich Rudel is a Tactical Bomber class with +1 to Spotting, Evasive, Expert Recon, Leadership, and Famous.

Found the problem: getting Morato costs 5 CP. So at this point its either getting the Panzer3b or Morato. Clear choice, a zero slot hero is much better than a prototype without any experience at this point.
Event: On turn 4, because the efforts at Lwow, you can accept the Soviet Generals gift of their latest tanks or refuse to not upset High Command: 11 KV1/39, 11 KW1 Mod.40, 11 T34 Mod.40
