Still leads to audio cuts sometimes, why?
The MW2019 packs made by mav seem to not have this issue but with your compressed mods which have lesser filesize do. Why?

All mods compressed by me and others can still cause the issue involving occasional low FPS and audio cuts, albeit at a reduced likelihood. The reason why the issue happens in the first place is as follows:

You can use "mem_dump" command to see the limits.

TL;DR, having a higher heapsize value in the game's launch options increases the game's allocated memory, thus reduces the chance of getting the low FPS and no audio bugs even further (and sometimes crashes as well). However, compressed mods are still needed for a safe bet.
