why is this old fart a spitter? like it just feels weird shooting someones grandma bro and it doesn't even really fit the idea of a spitter in my opinion

Acid reflux/heartburn becomes more prevalent with age. Hell, even the default Spitter appears to be an older woman (not as old as this Spitter obviously, but still) judging from her graying hair.
