Mod Details:
Every teacher from Bully is represented by a special character according to their subjects when I played. Generic teacher bodies will look somewhat like a selection of these for players to access earlier in the game.

Cooks, nurses and janitors are also modelled after the staff in Bully. Workers and monitors have lost their hats but now have distinct hairstyles for recognition. The monitors now resemble the prefects from Bully while the workers have become the greasers clique (they will hang out in your staff room/delivery zone/build and fix stuff for you).

The students are split into their ingame cliques per uniform with one mixed uniform set (All-Stars). The sets are:

The townies on the other hand had so many unique males that some became female variants to be represented!

For Modders:
If you know how to access mods yourself I'll note that I haven't changed any filenames from the original files. I chose to keep all filenames and subfolders the same to reduce the room for error when copy/pasting the appropriate xml into the tile mapping file, although the xml is commented into sections for following what's happening.

WARNING: Editing your save files can have all sorts of undesired consequences. Do so at your own risk. That said, here's a note on getting round the uniform limitations of the game/mod :)

If your school is closed and you know how to competently edit your save file, changing the UniformId (find it with ctrl+f) to one of the numbers shown above (0-9) should make all new student admissions take on uniforms from the chosen set. It's one number near the top of the file.

Again, if you're competent editing save files, you can use the BodySetId listed above and manually set your student's uniforms individually without being limited to one uniform set. Just ctrl+f for "<student " to get to the first student, look at their name if needed, then ctrl+f "BodySetId" and copy/paste the new ID from above. [Warning: misspelling an ID will make your student disappear from your game]

If you are changing the gender of the student you will also probably want to change the M/F for their hair and face ID's and swap nearby instances of Female/Male so they do appropriate activities (such as applying lipstick). Also you'll want to scroll up to near their name and change their gender ID of 1/2 so they visit the correct toilets etc. [1=Male, 2=Female]

Again, if you have the sort of skills and know-how, there's a full list of students and their BodySetId's bundled within the mod file folder and some beta images buried in the image folders.
