嗨! I'm russian, and I found this mod pretty brilliant!
But unfortunately there was no russian loc, and I made it myself.
Would you mind to add my loc into this amazing mod?
I could make a submod, but you know, it's not a very pleasant thing to mess up with tons of language submods, so I think it would be better to merge it into the original mod :)

well its only my suggestion.
I'm redoing the Rebel Alliance's mod for 3.4 and adding English localization.
that really cool and fun The Rebel Alliance's is the Rival of Galactic Imperium
its adding more flavor in the game.
also its better if balance both of the Galactic Imperium and The Rebel Alliance
so the Galaxy have two individual organization the one is the imperium the other is The Rebel
that two Organization well face the Crisis MID or END crisis or what Crisis trigger.

ORIGIN: Imperial Guild.

I have an original idea very inspired by the spatial guild of dune universe,
A megacorporation whose main activities are based on transportation using a rare resource. Here's how I imagine his stats:

Conditions=
-Must be authoritarian to one degree or another
-must not be fanatically xenophobic
-Must have the civic franchising
- must be a corporation

Effects=

- Empires without trade contracts suffer a lightspeed/reload penalty after a jump as well as an embargo on a rare resource (I really don't know how to make this logical in game. Especially since it involves vanilla modifications from entry into the game for everyone...) (I thought of gas for its use as a speed boost but the Zro makes one think of the psychic effects of the spice of Dune). These effects are not applicable to the imperium itself.

-The guild earns some bonus for each branch in a system with hyper-relays, including its own territory (other empires must also gain something)

Conclusion and balancing=

-has a starting gas/zro output of at least 5

-system with guaranteed habitable world already colonized as well as the hyper-relays connecting them to the capital (and therefore bonus) as well as the tech to build them

- Suffers a high penalty for branches installed in systems without hyper-relays

-has a branch in an imperial system without hyper-relays (and therefore malus)

-has a small territory

-and I possibly thought of a secondary species (it's parallel to the navigators of the space guild) which can only be used as a specialist and an admiral (but maybe a little too much)

There you go, sorting out what you like, it's just an accumulation of suggestions. Some things seem to me rather unachievable in the game system but overall there must be things possible.

Considering this origin, maybe Zro resources and psi jumps would be better here.
Yeah good ! I forgot about psi jumps . And some psiker hability was needed too
I see now a bound with imperium for aquisition of psyker (like warhammer) to his own usage maybe casus beli Or requisition via event ?
hey dev can you add a 6 tech option in the menu only 5 tech
im playing acot mod all of my custom empire origin is legacy of the void tier tech 6 dark matter tech acquired
i hope you can add tier 6 tech dark matter in the option you know for the balance if the player want all of custom AI is legacy of the void origin of ACOT tier 6 dark matter technology
and also dev have a problem because if the AI be a emperor set in to tier 5 tech its consume or occupy a huge space in the galaxy map the other AI empire no space i think better if you reduce the amount of space of emperor in the AI side like ACOT origin legacy of the void its tier 6 tech the occupy space in the galaxy is small because for other empire and also more space ! you check dev the legacy of the void origin of the ACOT mod ! you know its for balance you know emperor is very powerful and not need occupy huge space in the galaxy in the game start make it balance same of the legacy of the void origin so the other small empire have a chance to expand there territory .
dev its better to reduce the area of the emperor in the galaxy adjust it like the legacy of the void origin of the acot mod !

and set huge map 1000!
the game start all of the 30 Ai not occupy to much space in the galaxy ! so the galaxy is more more more space to explore so the other small Ai have a chance to expand also!

the point is maybe you can add tier 6 tech i the emperor menu option dark matter and also reduce the area of occupy space of the AI emperor ! you know Ai emperor is more powerful enough dont need very huge occupy space in the early game start make it balance . now the early game is flow naturally the Ai have a chance to explore also the player .

you can check the legacy of the void origin of the acot mod its tier 6 tech dark matter

this is my only suggestion! in my game not balance no space if i use this mod and set the Ai become the emperor to protect the galaxy its eat lot of or huge space in the galaxy hahahaha so its not balance for other empire not like legacy of the void origin i hope you can adjust it dev

this is only my suggestion for this mod i have a point try to play create 30 Ai custom set to legacy of the void tier 6 origin of ACOT and set to huge map 1000 and see all 30 Ai not eating to much space in the galaxy more space available to explore and conquer so the other event is still available to acquire .

T6 is added by ACOT, but it is no problem to add it in the initial settings.
Regarding the space issue, in the current version, the higher the Empire Strength setting is, the bigger the Empire will be. This is because the starting fleet capacity is mainly provided by the anchorage of the star base, so a large territory is necessary for a large fleet. And an emperor with a high empire strength setting should have absolute fleet superiority.
yeah you can add it in initial setting the T6 the dark matter.
ok i understand now i use this mod i set the AI become the emperor to protect the entire galaxy to awake fallen empire, you know awake fallen empire very powerful so this is the job of the emperor hehehehe before the mid game come because in the mid game more crisis come like kaiser stellarite, autinum birch world , shroud rising, nanite crisis, its up on me or in you how to set how strong it is. so this mod is the key for more enjoyable playing, you know i dont want become a emperor or custodian hehehehe its a hard job hahahaha so the AI is a perfect fit on it... thank you for explaining on me

yeah add the T6 dark matter on initial setting so all is balance if the player set all custom AI to T6 also the emperor AI is T6 also...
but i have a suggestion again on this mod

not only the starbase give a maximum fleet naval capacity to give more fleet
if you see all is base to tech repeatable tech ...
like researching naval capacity fleet capacity its repeatable already to acquire or gain more naval capacity and fleet capacity maximum fleet capacity is 800
naval capacity max is 20,000!
the starbase is for depends only !
in my game the starbase is for depends only im not using NSC2 because its give conflict
to acot overdrive in the other and ZOFE 3.0 thats why im not using it .
in my game after you get the dark matter you can research or discover more powerful defense like enigmatic fortress ! more powerful , and the fleet capacity naval capacity is more on in research thats why have a repeatable tech have.

so no need to be the AI emperor occupy to much in the galaxy if you set the emperor to a legend thats true dev.. trust me... on this
if you play the ACOT Beyond the gate or KUat empire revelation origin its already have a maximum naval capacity and max fleet capacity but the area occupy is small because its base on repeatable tech. not to starbase to acquired more fleet capacity or more naval capacity,

the problem is the emperor if set in the higher its occupy to much space! so no have chance to discover otrher event or other thing like in the ACOT beyond the gate the 4 outer gate already occupy of other empire and the other event need to be discover in the early game is gone already because is already occupy of the AI emperor !

maybe dev its better to base in repeatable tech not in starbase
you can adjust the occupy area of the emperor adjust to not small not to much adjust to like in tier 6 of ACOT its not to much accupy so the early game flow is getting smooth so the other event able to discover by surveying the other system so the galaxy map have a lot of area in the early game.

in my game its not base on starbase to get more naval capacity or fleet capacitty
its base on research repeatable tech. to get more naval capacity
the AI research on it the AI is not base in starbase is base in to research to get more naval capacity and fleet capacity

yes dev that's true i have a point so you can reduce to much occupy of the AI emperor
in the galaxy you can base on repeatable tech not in starbase to get more naval capacity of the emperor... maybe the other modder is already know this

but at the end this is my suggestion only im helping you dev to get better this mod
because i see a problem in the side of emperor its base on starbase to get more naval capacity for maximum fleet powe not in repeatable tech ! that why its need to occupy to much space in the galaxy! in early game so the other empire no place to get or to expand and also the other event is gone also because you cannot survey in galaxy its already occupy maybe to resolve this issue you need to base in repeatable tech not in starbase
example of that is the origin of revelation from STARWARS ANCIENT EMPIRE the other mod

me dev im playing ordinary empire i have 7 system only but i have a naval capacity of 10,000
fleet capacity of 550 im get it in research repeatable not in starbase , My starbase is for depend only i dont need to get more system and build more starbase station to get a higher naval capacity and fleet capacity for maximum power its get in research to gain more naval capacity and fleet capacity yesss thats true
