How to use the Infuser
- Firstly you need to make the Infuser. To do that, you need to have the perk unlocked. Bring one dwarven ingot to the forge, you will find the infuser under the 'Misc' section of the crafting menu.

- Once you have made it, you equip it like you would a ring or a piece of armour. Find it in the Armor/Apparel section of your inventory. You wont see it appear on you character when it is equipped, this is normal.

- Whilst you have the infuser equipped, any poison you apply to any weapon will stay there permanently. Please note that there is no way to remove the poison once it has been applied, so you really need to thing carefully about the decision.

- When you are done infusing (perma-poisoning) your weapons, you can simply unequip your infuser. Don't forget to do this or you might accidentally perma-poison a weapon you didn't want to!

- When you dont have your Infuser equipped, you can poison your weapons for the standard one hit as normal. It is only whilst you have the Infuser equipped that they will be perma-poisoned.

- You have been warned and instructed! Im not responsible now if you make a mistake!

Good luck ;)

BTW:

If you wish to name your infused weapon, so that you can remember which poison you put on which item, you might find this[www.nexusmods.com] mod useful. Credit goes to Kodiak412 for finding this mod, and then testing its compatibility with SOTA.

Hehe... permanent poisons doing over 10k damager per hit... With your previous alchemy overhaul, could combine Human Heart, Falmer Ear, and Jarrin Root to make poisons doing over 10k damage. XD Of course, getting said Jarrin Root is cheating, because there's only one in-game, legitimately. But there's a mod on steam, and nexus, that allows several more items to be planted in Hearthfire soil patches, such as Jarrin Root. XD

Jarrin root anyone-? oh wait that has already been said. . . . Lotus extract anyone?
Jarl of Ivarstead has two Jarrin Roots in a added cave. If they respawn... Sweetness!

I never needed a mod to plant Jarrin Root in the Hearthfire patches. Weird.

Which mod would that be? I've been looking for something able to do that for some time, but nobody seems to know what it's called.
