There was an issue with just one line of code in the VMT file for the patrol cops. I managed to fix it by decompiling, editing, and recompiling it all. The only difference with this is just one line of code. I recommend downloading this .GMA I have provided and replacing it in the file location for this addon: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\4000\2660549188
