Overhauled Sayori's Sayo-nara transformation

- Reviving as Sayonara is much faster and less buggy.
- Adds iframes whilst the transformation is happening (Stops rare instant deaths from occuring)
- Now properly displays the correct sprites (For example: using items and getting hurt)
- All revival items (1-Up, Dead Cat, Laz Rags, Judas's Shadow) now trigger BEFORE Sayonara
- Transcendence now appears 25% more frequently in secret rooms whilst playing as Sayori
- Fixed the transformations not working on a new floor (Thanks Lionzasso)
- Fixed the forms using the wrong costumes when using The Hanged Man card
- Using The Hanged Man Card whilst in Sayo-nara form gives +1 Soul Heart. (Added back in from previous version)
- Fixed a bug with Sayo-nara's costume when picking up Venus and Brimstone

Birthrights

Tainted Monika Birthright
- Infinite ammo and access to all ammo types

Tainted Natsuki Birthright
- Cupcake Platter now only requires 1 room clear to active with an stored item.

Tainted Sayori Birthright
- Enemies drop twice as many Wisps and Curse of Darkness no longer applies when the timer runs out.

Items Changes

Poet's Pen
- Pen Tears are now unique Tear Variants. (Also used for Cryptic Poem and Monika's Birthright)

- Added Synergies with Dr. Fetus, Ipecac and Brimstone
- Dr. Fetus and Ipecac -> Pen now EXPLODES on impact!
- Brimstone -> Pen now spawns Black Brimstone lasers on impact!

Cupcake Platter Reworked
- Highlights Hearts and pedestal items

On use:

- If used on Red Heart pick up, convert into Soul Heart equivalent to the heart's value.
- If used on pedestal item, store item into the platter. After 3 room clears, activate item again to spawn a new, random pedestal item from the quality above. (Does not work on quality 4 items)

- Room clear requirement 4 -> 3
- No longer interacts with damage taken
- No longer can be used early (before the room clear counter = 3)
- Stored items no longer spawns Soul Hearts
- Cannot interact with Quality 4 items.
- Converting Heart pick ups now uses the item's charge
- Picking up item pedestals now uses the item's charge
- Fixed the 'Ready' shaking animation
- Replenishing the charge bar does not effect the room clear counter. Only the ability to convert hearts.
- Using the item on nothing no longer uses the item's charge

Bottles
- Orbitals now trigger effects that scale with luck.
- Added a Sayori Orbital that only spawns if Sayori has Birthrights.

- Natsuki Orbital = Charmed
- Yuri Orbital = Fear
- Monika Orbital = Slow
- Sayori Orbital = Light Beam

Bug Fixes

- Fixed a bug with Tainted Natsuki's tears going invisible with any other tear variant.
- Removed Tainted Monika's Brimstone costume removal. (Conflicting with Debug)
- Using Debug on nothing no longer uses the item's charge
- Fixed Cupcake Platter not working in Challenge Rooms or Boss Rush
- Fixed Tainted Yuri's Birthright only working for one floor
- Fixed a bug with Monika's Just Monika Transformation.
- Fixed Cupcake Platter's inconsistencies. The held item will now always be converted into a random item a Tier higher. (Does not work on Tier 3 items)
- Fixed a bug that attempt to call a nil value 'ChangeVariant' for Pen Tears. (Thanks Lazy_mlyn4ik!)
- Tainted Characters should now spawn with their pocket items correctly.
- Debug now has a sfx when you select the ammo types.
- Tainted Sayori's pocket item should cause less lag.
