none of the active items work!
hi, i recently added the epiphany mod and have unlocked tarnished keeper! however no matter how much i try or what i do i just cant seem to use turnover it doesnt even use or anything, and tarnished isaac would use the items charge but not actually do anything, am i missing something here?

ok, just a little update on this! none of the keys wether it be on keyboard or controller are activating any of the items none of the items are working even when i give them to myself as an active item using the giveitem command

Try to disable every mod but epiphany and check if the items work that way.
If they do work you would have to test enabling and disabling mods to see which is causing the incompatibility.
