Hey, just letting you know that you should go to the discord to give ideas.
Though tbh, this idea has a cool foundation with the headbutt gimmick but I don't think a "If said amount of enemies are killed, change the entire move set" is gonna be greenlit
Works mostly like Tainted Lazarus, but with some horrible changes
first of all you have a smeltedish panic button meaning getting hit while ur flip has a charge makes you waste it
both characters have their own pickups, if alive laz has 5 keys and dead laz has 0 that means u cant open doors as dead laz
every so often when you use flip it switches two random items around from both alive and dead laz
if dead laz has rock bottom and a bunch load of good stuff but alive laz has just a decent tearrate that means if u use flip and it switches rock bottom with the item alive laz just grabbed your intire build goes downhill
starting stats are horrible for both characters
flip also just doesnt work every so often, cant happen by panic button, panic button allways works
when flip malfunctions the intire item u where trying to flip just dies and dissapears
birthright just makes the character worse by giving you a awfully strong 4.5 volt effect but making flip less malfunction and makes it so your items switching around not happen as much
alive laz has 1 red heart and dead laz has one filled bone heart

No holy cards. No extra lives.
Removes all means of blocking or avoiding or resisting "enemy" damage in any way, and all means of resurrection.
This includes: most "Fly" items & Pretty Fly pills, all items and trinkets/cards/pills that can grant a shield, invincibility, or a Holy Mantle. Additionally, all sources of fire, or any familiar that can block or deflect shots, and also Infamy, Belly Jelly, Lost Contact, Spelunker Hat, Host Hat, Cube of Meat & Ball of Bandages, Dirty Mind, Divine Intervention, Dull Razor, Tooth and Nail, Aries, Dirty Mind, Friend Finder, Poke Go, and so on. Charming effects are removed from the game.
No more stage hazards. Because no other character has this gimmick, and the game would feel unfair otherwise. He is also literally a ghost (and should fly through objects, without colliding).
This means: Immunity to all traps, spikes, fire, troll bombs (basically Pyromaniac+Flat File). In addition to this, these enemies won't spawn any longer: Constant Stone Shooter, Cross Stone Shooter, Brimstone Head, Quake Grimace, Grudge. Basically, anything that will keep shooting after a room is cleared.
More, better items. Choice pedestals allow you to pick all items in the room. Alt path treasure rooms will have both items revealed to you, and will both be able to be collected. Satan and Angel rooms allow you to collect everything, for free. Magic Skin no longer disappears on use (but will still kill you if used 12 times). All the "Options" items allow you to pick everything in the room. Death Certificate still only allows one item to be picked up.
Higher stats than average like Tainted Lost. Starts with an already identified Gulp! pill and the Perfection trinket.
never ending anger :
every room, after killing 5-6 enemies, can activate his second mode, which gives her 10 damage, and throws other enemies at eachother. her tears also get increased by +0.7, and shot speed by +0.2. this can go through rooms, and floors. every enemy killed with it on grants half a second more, and after it ends, you get a permanent boost of damage +0.1, shot speed +0.2, and tears by +0.1. this can stack up to 5 times till it instead grants +0.1 speed.
he also gets blood penny as a starting trinket.
he has 2 red hearts, and spawns with 1 soul heart.

his active item is iv bag.
he can only fight angels, no items can spawn in angel rooms, however the filigree feather trinket can counter this.
to unlock him, you must get 25 kills while in berserk with tainted samson.
if you have more then 1 luck, devil deals will give you +0.2 speed.
cube's of meat and ball's of bandages will be sacrificed to give you either +0.2 speed or +0.1 damage.
tarnished samson can also break the speed limit, and can go to 3.50 speed.
tarnished samson has a luck cap
the luck cap is 5.25
and finally, you can sacrifice familairs and orbitals for a stat up and trinkets, including
+0.2 damage
+0.3 speed
+0.9 luck
+any luck up trinket
+lucky rock trinket
+filigree feather trinket
+smelter active item
using the smelter without a trinket will give you one of the following:
+0.3 speed
+0.1 damage
+1 luck

starting items
withered bird : acts like dead bird, but more powerful. last for two rooms, does 10 damage a tick. if eve has a damage multiplier, then it will get multiplied by that. any damage up adds +0.9 to withered bird. every kill, gets faster by 2x, and gets 2 more damage. on bosses, will go into a rage, and every withered bird stat gets multiplied by 2x. withered bird becomes bigger. every 10 hits on an enemy / boss, he gets +0.9 for every stat of withered bird. withered bird can also give eve a +0.5 damage for that room. after killing a boss, will either drop a trinket, double heart, a dime, golden bomb, an item, or a golden key. here are the chances for each.
50% chance for a trinket.
30% for a double heart.
10% for a dime.
5% for a golden bomb.
4% for a golden key.
1% for an item.

stabbing knife : replaces tears. you throw knives that do 2.5x the damage of normal tears. damage multipliers will stack with stabbing knife. haemolacria will take over the knifes, but keep the damage multiplier. when killing enemies, has a 25% chance to spawn a sumpotorium blood clot. the type varies on which you have the most of, but if you have the same of all, it gets picked randomly. if a different tear effect is applied, or you reroll stabbing knife with blighted dice, then you lose the effect and damage multiplier of the knife. when different tear effects are applied, then you get that added to the knife.
starting stats are:
speed is 1.2,
damage is 7,
tears is 0.97,
shot speed is 2,
range is 3,
and luck is 1.
starting trinket is teardrop charm.
unlocks:
essence of eve: spawns 2 dead birds, and a withered bird. you also get a +2 damage up. unlock method : defeat hush and boss rush as tarnished eve.
stabbing knife : you know what it does. unlock method : defeat isaac, ???, satan, and the lamb as tarnished eve.
clot machine : spawns in arcades and shops. use 2 cents to spawn a random blood clot from sumptorium. unlock method : defeat mega satan as tarnished eve.
withered bird : you know what it does. unlock method : defeat ultra greedier as tarnished eve.
necromanced : spawn dead enemies on your side. unlock methid : defeat delirium as tarnished eve.
the beasts shadow (active item) : spawn an ultra harbinger, or lava that fills up the screen, dealing 20 damage per tick. (12 room charge.) unlock method : defeat mother as tarnished eve.
eve's hair : after 12 seconds in a room, spawn a dead bird. (if luck is above 3, then spawn a withered bird.) unlock method : defeat the beast as tarnished eve.
synergies :
dr fetus : on explosions, spawn 4 knives in all directions.
epic fetus : on explosions, spawn 8 knives that bounce in an arc, leaving tiny explosions.
brimstone : fire off a beam of knifes, that go behind the player after hitting a wall.
ipecac : shoot explosive knives that do more damage.
ludovico technique : works as normal.
soy : shoot out butter knives fast, but do less damage.
inner eye, 20/20, and mutant spider : functions normally.
tech x : shoot a circle of knives.
wiz cap : shoot knives diagonally.
godhead : works normally.
antigravity : knives do tiny pauses between being shot.
death's touch : shoot out bigger penetrative knives.
sad bombs : works as normal.
tech 2 : fire a tiny beam of dull knives.
tech 1 : fire a beam of knives.
monstro's lung : fires of a burst of knives.
loki's horns : fire in all directions ocassionally.
tiny planet : works as normal.
lump of coal : works as normal.
spoon bender : knives follow the enemy.
sacred heart : fire off sharpened knives that chase the enemy. can get redirected.
polyphemus : shoot out cerbian knives that do massive damage.
tammy's head : works as normal.
mom's knife : fire off two knives in a line.
mom's contact : fire off petrifying knives.
rubber cement : works as normal.
propotosis : fire off knives that shrink slowly.
cricket's body : when out of range, splits into multiple smaller knives.
the parasite : knives split on impact.
