Try disabling MCM and see if it fixes it.

Not sure if this is a bug/glitch/unintended feature, but when I played as Eden I started with the active item that you unlock by killing Mega Satan with T Judas

You mean TR Judas? Tainted Judas unlocks the black sacks and Tarnished Judas' Mega Satan unlock is an active (Dark Power)
In that case... vanilla Edens should have support for modded items too! :think:

I've been experiencing a really annoying and confusing bug involving Tarnished Eden. I unlocked them fairly quickly, and have played a few runs with them, there's nothing wrong with gameplay. However, when I close my game and then re-open it, for some reason I find Tarnished Eden, as well as the item I unlocked for beating Delirium as Tarnished Eden, are no longer unlocked. This has happened twice now; it's as if my progress with the mod is simply resetting itself whenever I close my game. I have only observed this happening with Tarnished Eden because them and Tarnished Isaac are the only two characters I have unlocked, and Tarnished Isaac remains unlocked and doesn't get reset.

An update on this: I read in other replies that disabling the MCM mods fixes this, and sure enough it did. My progress is now safe. Thank you so much!!!

after unlocking every item for tarnished maggy and tarnished isaac i was going to play as tarnished cain but the game crashed and i cant play anymore yes i downloaded the mod yes i played on other save files and worked on other save files how to fix it tho?

Found out it's because of the mod "Mod Profiler"

Blighted dice just deletes the selected item instead of spawning two replacements.

Got an error in logs. It happened pretty early on and didn't really seem to have effect on the game. But it may be something you may want to look into?

if tr eden has a non-debugged zodiac and it gives them gemini then the familiar it grants will remain upon moving to a new room, even after losing zodiac. it remains until you either pick up a new item(the new item *might* need to be debugged to remove gemini? i'm not sure) or move to the next floor
