Guys, I don't think the Guardian Pods are going to be released. Here's why. I have reason to believe that the USBs are actually retextures of an existing USB model already on the workshop. It's part of the Wiremod addon, and they were upscaled to the max with the Prop Resizer tool.

they were just a reskin and rescaled version of the wiremod USB model

maybe took the .vtf texture, extracted it, put an arrow on it and some color effects, and reapplied it with the submaterial tool
