Isaac, ??? (Blue Baby), Samson, Tainted Samson and Tainted Azazel are done. Isaac kinda similar to yours except part with soul of Isaac since you can use combined birthright of original and modded. Samson and BB are different but thanks for suggestions. As for Tainted Samson, didn't his original Birthirhgt give him more Berserk time? And others... well... I am not professional and API kinda limits imagination and also I don't want to make them too overpowered and if I can also reference Bible, Book of Genesis and others. But I'll see what i can do with your info. Cheers.

Eden:Upon pickup & the start of every floor,an inventory item of the lowest quality will be rerolled into one with a higher quality.
The Lost:Adds a 50% chance to prevent his holy shield from breaking by damage!
The Forgotten:(Only combined effect)Similar to T Lazarus' official BR effect,the Soul becomes a partner when playing as the Forgotten & vice versa!
Jacob & Esau:The one who has birthright will give stat boosts to his brother,the number of stat boosts depends on how many items he has after his birthright.

Tainted Characters:
Tainted Isaac:Grants Spindown Dice as his pocket active(like in the TBOI:Four Souls card game)
Tainted Cain:Item pedestals have a chance to not be scrapped when touching them
Tainted Eden:(Only combined effect)Spawns 3 item pedestals which one can be taken
Tainted Lost:(Only combined effect)Adds a chance for another Birthright to appear in any item pool.

First of all, kinda found workaround that all characters can have either original, modded or combined variants.
Eden is already done.
Jacob and Esau will have separate effects from each other and Jacob is done already too.
I'll think about Lazarus and Lazarus Risen.
Forgotten kinda hard since i'm not THAT deep in knowing API but i'll see what can be done.
Others i'll look into later.

I thought up a good Birthright effect for Tainted Lost.
"Even better items!"
Most Items that Tainted Lost has will have extra effects!
Sinus Infection:Booger Tears leave creep when they land.
God's Flesh:Shrink shots have a chance to weaken enemies also!
Ipecac:The ipecac explosions wont hurt T. Lost anymore
Dr.Fetus/Epic Fetus:Missiles wont hurt T. Lost anymore
Berserk!:During the effect,Killing enemies will grant 3 seconds instead of 1,similar to T. Samson's Birthright!
Brimstone:Has a chance to inflict Brimstone Curse effect on enemies!
Maw of the Void:Enemies killed by the attack have a chance to spawn a maw of void attack around their position,which can cause a chain reaction!
Deck of Cards:Using it has a chance to grant him a Reversed Tarot Card instead.
Mom's Bottle of Pills:No longer grants Negative pills
PHD:Adds a chance to replace normal pills with Horse pills.
False PHD:Using a pill will grant 2 DMG instead of 1
Hemoptysis:Enemies killed by the sneeze will explode!
And more!

Idea is cool but API is not. Tainted Forgotten is 2 in 1 character just like Jacob and Esau and if you try spawning boney boy the second soul will appear. It can be done by making custom Tainted Forgotten without soul but it's like writing T.Forgotten's mechanics from scratch in lua. Sorry but won't happen.

Wow,an API for modders to use to add extra Birthright effects to their characters? That sounds neat! Hope the Fiend Folio developers can do that. ;)
