Very soon, an update will be dropping. As of this post, I am making a trailer, but for the first time in my life, I get to type patch notes. I love patch notes. I read all the patch notes for every game I play. So it's time to type my own!

"Bestia 2.0" will be dropping within today or tomorrow.

Notes are as follows:

[UPDATED SPRITE ART]
- Every single piece of art has been touched.
- Bestia has learned what napkins are and has cleaned the blood off her mouth.
- Hair redrawn to be less scribbly looking.
- Horns are now consistent sizes in all frames of animation.
- Choker is smaller.
- In some cases, boobs are smaller too.
- Facial expressions tweaked slightly.
- Bestia's chewing addiction has been fixed and she has developed a love of growling and snarling. Good for her!
- Background sprite (before she enters the battle) has been completely redrawn, since I'm better at drawing faces now.
- Bestia got a new outfit.

[UPDATED MUSIC]
- A brand new song I call "Mori Bestia" has been written, created, and edited to make it loop properly. 6 full minutes (and a 7 minute version) of brand new music for her fight.
- KNOWN ISSUE: The music kinda "wiggles" when Ultra Death joins the fight. I dunno what causes this, and will look into it after the patch drops.

- Save file art for defeating The Beast.
- Save file art for Dead God achievement.
- Achievement art for Dead God.
- Bestiary art.
- "I was killed by something that looks like this" art.
- Pinup poster-format art.
- New thumbnail for the mod.

[NON ART RELATED UPDATES]
- Bestiary now says "Bestia" instead of "The Beast" for her entry
- Health doubled (You may edit this by going into the bestia folder > resourcesdlc3, open entities2.xml in wordpad or summin like that, search for "bestia" with quotes, and right below that you will see baseHP="20000", edit that number inside the quotes to whatever value you want. Her default is 10000. I chose to double her health because the Beast fight is just way too short imo, WAY too short. I wanted the average Beast fight time to be ~3 minutes. Hopefully this aids in that. If this is a point of contention, the mod will remove this.)

[UPCOMING CHANGES]
- I will be completely redrawing the sprite art after this update to do multiple things.
- Thing 1) Fully animating her hair
- Thing 2) Animating the boobs separately from the body
- Thing 3) Creating a Flat Chested variant
- Thing 4) Changing the beloved "Booba Laser" into something new (Surprise!)
- Thing 5) Adding new attacks, fully animated with hitboxes and everything
- Thing 6) Changing the intro movie that plays after Dogma to a brand new video
- Thing 7) Ultra Horsemen remade
- Thing 8) <-- Look at that smilin' man right there
- Thing 9) "Choker of Bestia" item, which will be a very powerful item that greatly enhances how Black Hearts function.

[KNOWN ISSUES]
- The new mouth to replace the chewing mouth looks kinda bad, I'll be redrawing it later. For now my fingers hurt from 22 hours of drawing.
- The audio goes all wiggly when Ultra Death enters the field, I dunno why, I'll look into it
- Bestia's mouth comes off of her face in a couple frames and fixing that will take a bit. I'm planning to redraw the eyes and mouths in the sprite sheet so I'm not working on this yet.
- Bestia's teeth are still gray, I plan to make them yellow.
- Bestia doesn't turn into a goat. I like goats. Bestia should turn into a goat. Say "Make Bestia a Goat" in the comments if you wanna see Bestia turn into a goat.

[MOD SYNERGIES]
- UPCOMING: All of these notes are things I want to do, not things I've already done.
- Better Boss Bars: Unique sprite for Bestia's health bar sprite and "Bestia" name.
- Any mods that edit the Beast's battle arena: I want to make compatibility patches for these.
- Mother Beastrix: I want to work with the guy who made this and potentially merge both mods officially.
- Bestia's Feet Mod: I don't actually have plans with this I just want you guys to know it exists and it made me laugh super hard. If I can make goony booba that guy has every right to make a foot mod.
- (I forgot the name, it's that mod that makes The Beast's fight have more attacks and health): I would love to get in contact with this mod's creator so I can make sure the mods synergise properly without issue. I heard there were issues but haven't tested myself.
- MGTexture: There are no issues using MGTexture and Bestia together, I just wanted to shout out MGTexture because it's the best mod in the Workshop.
- Vs. Mega-Lome: There's no conflicts at all with this mod I just want to show my undying support for other "Maximum Effort" boss replacer mods like Bestia. Mega-Lome is a fantastically animated mod and I endorse it full-heartedly and full-buttedly.
- Bestia Dead God: Unfortunately this mod is now obsolete as Bestia is going to have official Dead God art. I have spoken with the mod author and he does not seem to mind!

[OLD VERSION QUESTIONS]
- To anyone who does not prefer the new art in the updated mod, or any further new art and animations going forward: I hear you. More information about the current version of Bestia will be added after the trailer drops and the update goes live.

[FINALLY: MY GAME]
- I am making a game!
- It is an indie horror fantasy RPG that is character-driven and includes exploration, puzzles, and a story I've been writing for 23 years now.
- The game will be announced in the trailer for Bestia, and will have its own announcement trailer, Steam page, demo and everything in the future.
- I will be looking for the following people of talent to help me make my game a reality: Foley artists (SFX), 3D Texture Professionals (To help texture environments for the game and potentially help with character models), Musicians (To cover the songs I made so far for the game [There's multiple hours already]).
- MUCH more info on my game will be coming with the trailer for Bestia 2.0.

- This is just a booba mod for Binding of Isaac, but over 120,000 of you have subbed to it, and the amount of fan-art and love this mod has received is astonishing and is the number one reason I believe I can make a game that people will love. This update is a massive love letter to all of you who've made my goofy little project I did on a whim into the thing I'm more proud of than any other piece of media I've ever created. Yes, even more than Lil Miss Rarity. Thank you all so much for your support, and I hope when my game has a playable demo, you'll all be there ready to check it out!
