im assuming you found the one on the shelf at the end of the hallway, so the other one is in the room filled with water and the crocodile located in the same hallway as the security room door. make your way across the water to the locker rooms and it will be there in one of the lockers

The shelf that was referenced by owo is in the opposite doorway on the same floor.

yeah you need to find the fuse and put it in the slot that opens the door opposite of the one with the security room, then it is at the end of the hallway on a shelf :)
