Since the Rotten Collection came out on June 21 2021,I was surprised about the items being off of bosses and enemies in the Corpse floor. And a trinket inspired by the Corpse Eater from Antibirth,yet cut from Repentance.
I thought up of a new item for the Rotten Collection

Mother SMASH!
It's a quality-3,5-charge active inspired by Mother's fist slam attack! Upon use,it creates a shockwave burst that knocks back enemies,6-12 projectiles fired in random directions,and 2-6 yellow small maggot familiars! Similar to the Blue leech familiars spawned by Whirling Leech,Yellow small maggots inch after nearby enemies,but cannot swim on water.
