I've just done an update which might fix this issue for you. Although i'm not experiencing any lag on my side the newest changes might have had some strange compatibility issues with a handful of costume related mods. Since the last update used some costume related features from the modding API. I've changed around some stuff which should remove those issues and improve compatibility.

If you're still experiencing lag after this then the issue is probably related to another mod (or perhaps you're running both your game and your slow clap processor on a potato ).
