this is a list of known bugs and some potential fixes, at the moment i can only remenber 2 bugs but i will edit this if more people find bugs:

- the strange person in whiterun may not speak preventing the quest from starting properly

fix: reentering the area either from the bannered mare or leaving the city entirely may fix this bug, as well as starting a brand new character should it all fail, alternatively, heading north from rorikstead and entering Helgafell will force the quest to start in a later stage.

Finding Helga fell and from there continuing on to the obsidian city and once there reloading to an earlier save should fix the strange person's dialogue


- in the obsidian city the ghostly dragon priest may refuse to spawn, reentering the interior could force him to spawn, alternatively, use the console and unlock the door by force
