Old Date is Flickering on Panel

I tried to use the fix mentioned, changing the resolution from higher to lower and back, but this did not fix it.
The Date flickers on and off over the 'A Day' 24-hour Clock and Temperature area.

It flickers on and off quickly.

I've been really busy since September. So I'm sorry for this 'Super Late Reply' :)

I got this 'problem' before, and you just need to use "Hide It" to hide original date time will solve it.
