Nuclear Playground 1.2
Cooling loops.
Since alot of you don't understand this, I will explain it simply. First, add a water pump to the sea map, add a boiler then wire a one way fluid pipe from the pump to the blue port of the boiler, once you did this, put a turbine, bigger, more power, once you added a turbine, connect the red port from the boiler to the red port turbine with another one way fluid pipe, after this, you add a cooling tower, make sure to add another water pump, after this, connect the second water pump to the cooling tower's dark blue port, connect the blue port from the turbine to the red port on the cooling tower, the cooling tower cools the steam back into water, connect the light blue port on the cooling tower back to the blue port boiler, now, the loop is done! but, how does it start? This is where the nuclear part comes, or you could just... ya know, make some heating elements and connecting them to the boiler using heat pipes... anyways, to make a nuclear reactor, make a moderator structure, you should also make sure to make control rods or something to cool it, after you made the moderator structure, input your type of fuel, the problem is, with some fuels, they have a higher meltdown point, but make alot of heat, which is good, until... they explode, I used HEP-239 in a reactor with 4 BOILERS, 4 TURBINES, AND 2 TOWERS, and you can control each control rod, the boilers cool the reactor down, and the turbines make like, 7000+ power MAX. this shi crazy, use a good fuel that you don't think will explode quickly, and many boilers: more cooling, many turbines: more power, more towers: idk, anyways, the reactor makes alot of heat, connect the reactor to the boilers with heat pipes, so you can heat up the boilers to boil the water, now once this whole thing is done, you got cooling loop!!! yay!!!! yay!!!!! yayyy!!!!! :steamhappy:
