Special clothing
I would like the developer (if he can of course) add things like respirators of different types and different clothes so that at least you can partially protect yourself from a large dose of radiation. (sorry if the translation was wrong, I used google translator)

I think it would be possible to add such a thing if a person was in a zone of increased radiation with clothes or with some object, then radiation would also come from this thing.
