Okay, okay, this is some dark matter. Trainer territory. But I know some people just don't care about some aspects of the game and/or have played once already and just want to get through some other path (or play again?) Hence, 3 cheats, one for each path:

Go to the Power Control room (3/4) in Technical (from Elevator turn left about 3 times). . There is a lever that sets the speed of the creepers to fast (default) or slow. Note that "fast" is how the fights were balanced so that players HAVE to go in from the other side. There are plenty of hints on how to find those... backdoors.

Note that there is a faster gun that may help you tremendously (but it's not required for the good ending).

In the shuttle jump and crouch onto the pilots dashboard. There is a monitor . If you click that it enables shortcuts that teleport you directly to each girl. You need to leave once and come back in for the shortcuts to get activated.

There is a stash of backup keycards in TEC in the room next to where the Blowtorch was - from the elevator go left.. You need to jump on a box to see them. You'll find 4 ice picks there as well. (The disk has been there in the original game - nobody knows why...)

There is another set of 4 ice picks where you find the Backup Keycards. (See the Spoiler/Hints thread on where to actually find the ice picks.)

If you enable the Girls Shortcut this also activates 3 shortcuts to all OperBots that can be found next to the OperBot in Engineering, around the corner at the wall. Click the yellow-black bag in the shuttle to get there.

You *can* get the Red Rifle right away. That hint alone should be enough if you had found it before. If you don't know what the Red Rifle is you should really play the game!
