Eternal fog that wont go away even if i have the addon un installed

please help, i have looked all over my addon's that i have and none of them show this as a thing that can happen please help me

can i please have help with this, for some time i had both of the StormFox addon's installed (the original and this one) i removed both of them went onto a map and they still did not go away, this is honestly ruining my fun even tho i uninstalled both addon's.
