I'm having issues with it telling what each player's max HP should be, based on what level we marked on our character sheets. Is there some other way to set our character levels or Max EXP?
SydneyS  [developer] Apr 5, 2021 @ 7:42pm
A character's max health will not automatically update if you level up (We might consider scripting this in the future). In the meantime, you can set your max HP by clicking in the middle of your character's HP bar. A "Max" setting will show up and you can click on the right/left arrows to raise/lower your max HP. Once the correct value is set, click on the middle of the HP bar again to close the "Max" setting.

Thanks for the fast feedback! We immediately started using it in our game right now

Once you’ve set the new level, you can actually remove and re-add the character, and it will update the HP on your minis for you
I was having this trouble on the fantasy version. Still having it on this one.

Getting an error in script (Play Area - 9cf557) when trying to create the elemental infusion board.

It's was a fresh game (first attempt at playing) in both the fantasy version and now this new version. Seems like other people were having the same problem in the later comments of the Fantasy version's bug report thread.

Any idea how to fix this?

Here's the text of his post just to be as clear as possible (experience the exact same thing:

=====

When clicking the Add Play Area button, the Elemental Infusion Board does not seem to spawn. I receive the following errors.

----
Error in Script (Custom Tile - 3054ae) function <call/buttonClickedEx>: chunk_3:(376,6-107): attempt to index a null value
----

If I click the Get Elemental Infusion Board button, I receive the following error:

----
Error in Script (Play Area - 9cf557) function <EIB>: chunk_3:(376,6-107): attempt to index a nil value
----

When using the "search" button on the mod to view assets, the Elemental Infusion Board appears as just a yellow square. The URL links to a not found address.

Have tried enabling/disabling Mod Cache. Have verified integrity of game on steam. Have disabled firewall to see if that helps but nothing so far.

Thanks in advance for any help with this issue!

I'm having an issue with monster ability cards being drawn and placed in the discard of one stat card (the one top right of the play area). This seems to be causing the shuffling of that monster to shuffle all of the monster ability cards stacked on it into itself. Then coincidentally the monsters that those cards belong to not having their monster ability cards to draw from.

I had issues with the city & road events not porting over correctly. Some past events were correctly removed, while others were placed back into the active events decks.

Yep, we're aware of it! It happened because of a tweak we tried to make last minute with allowing for face-up ability card flips to make Diviner's life easier; it'll be fixed ASAP

This has now been fixed, sorry for the inconvenience!

I created a mod which should fix it. It will replace current Elemental Infusion Board with a new one. Check description in the mod for more info.

This is a strange one. Where do you put the city/road events when you remove them? The script will read through the decks and check the numbers to see which order to save them in

Maybe just an oddity for me, but:

Inactive Characters, which are usually placed right below the party sheet, get saved in Fantasy Setup 2.0 via campaign manager. When loaded into this mod, they load in and FLY LIKE CRAZY because I assume they run into the campaign manager or scenario level chart. Not a big deal, bring them in and move them to the inactive characters envelope. But it also appears the inactive characters envelope does not get saved when transferring to a new version of this mod. Tried to update this morning to fix the monster ability cards. Maybe the campaign manager is still "looking" below the party sheet?

I had 5 inactive characters, if that makes a difference.

Thanks again for this mod, going to be an awesome upgrade for my group!

Inactive Characters should get placed above the party sheet, but it does appear to go a bit nuts if you have multiples. Thanks for letting us know, we'll try and get it resolved in the next update

This seems to have worked. Thank you! I at least have the elemental board created. I haven't run a game on it yet but just wanted to update for anyone else experiencing the issue.

I had to go the manual route of dragging the elements out of the chest.
