Argonian
My personal favourite is naturally going to gain slightly more. An Argonian is 50% resistant to disease, can breath in water and has Histskin. But we knew that already. Now their scales also act as a second suit of armour, reducing incoming damage.

In reply to the guy complaining about lack of buffs for the Argonian (don't remember his name) here are a few ideas for the Argonian.

Increased lockpicking %
increased block, if possible, when detected sneaking (shadowscale)
invisible whilst swimming would be neat

tbh the argonians were the only race which I thought had a nice balance of skills given the usefulness of histskin. That was the only reason I survived legendary difficulty Unbound.

Since the argonian are already quite powerfull as Dacrima's saying, one thing that could be pushing the improvement further without scripting (well not that much) would be to add downside and/or weakness to each races.

In the case of the argonian, it could be something like having weakness to cold and/or fire. (They are poikilotherm (cold blooded) after all unlike all the other races)

This race, is the weakest of them all, i believe, and the buff is neccessary, :whiterun:

i agree with the first person on that they need better stuff but maybe the block could be changed for when they onehand a weapon since they have scale and the other armor could act like a sort of shield also the scale thing i agree with since some lizards actually do use there scales for keeping bigger predoters from finding them and then the sneaking in water would make since because certain reptiles can swim in certain ways but maybe you could make them water walk like the jesus lizard but only when they run would make them very interesting

anything that is conditional - ie things that give boosts only when something is happening - in water, sprinting, detected - i am able to do but I am not going to do because it will overload all old computers and slow down the rest of them. Especially if like me they use a lot of script heavy mods already.

well the water walk has an effect in a potion form and on armor so i think it's possible but not sure

i just came up with an idea what if you make it so argonians can make better healing potions because of there connection with the hist and stuff like that i mean in many things they are the most resourceful healers wether it's potions or magic
