What we did for you, for the best gaming experience (only a handfull QoL improvements), still focus on Survival !!!:

Overall:
+ 5x Loot
+ Despawn times of vehicles and tents increased
+ DEG Trade Items in Crafting Menu
+ GPS System (you have to loot for it)

Character:
+ Larger backpacks, up to 50 slots in the duffleback.
+ Reduced weight of some items (not all !).
+ Food and water consumption lightly reduced.
+ Healing rate lightly increased.
+ Spawn with baseball bat.

Weapons:
+ Weapon Spawn lightly increased: Rare and powerful weapons, mainly spawn with ammo.
+ Some new weapons: Scar-H + M4A1
+ Some craftable Melee Weapons

Basebuilding:
+ Base Damage: OFF
+ Baseparts of your Base = 500 🙂
+ Building-height increased
+ Harvesting-rate lightly increased
+ Many Base-furniture items are craftable.
