Textures aren't loading ;(

When i try to spawn cops, mafia and even terrorists, for some reason the textures doesn't load and the npcs have the pink and black texture, and sometimes my game even crash and my pc is good btw, does it need an other game to load properly like css, half-Life etc?

No other games needed for them. I think the models are corrupted by some other addons might using the same models with mine, or simply by the downloading error.
Can you provide some pictures of the models or Console view?
