Maybe add a halberd innovation to Western Europe that unlocks halberdiers: similar to pikemen, but with higher damage in exchange of a lower defence. Unlocking halberds is necessary for the Swiss pikemen innovation.

Increase the damage of the swiss pikemen to at least match the Italian pikemen. Otherwise the mod is truly awesome!
