Blood textures in multiple of these type of half life addon that have a specific type of ragdoll that is not just a whole model and are different (idk how to explain) and the ♥♥♥♥ makes that bullet wounds from custom blood addons duplicates in the model and makes it weird as ♥♥♥♥, i have the pictures of it so just ask for it and i will add you.
