Similar to the combination mechanic with stamina and oxygen, you could make it so stamina goes down faster if you are low on health, since the oxygen <-> stamina version very rarely comes into play.

P.S: You might need to make an option between the two combination settings like a checkbox for which you want, since adding this onto the mod right now will cause some problems.
