How do you turn on the power for the house after turning on and off the water turbine?

@Lewis B. Harmann As far as I know (I just tried the map yesterday) when you turn off and then back on the water turbine, all light switches will be in the off position in the house and you can switch them back on manually. Also, there is an electrical box in the garage and in the basement, which are needed to be on and constantly producing electrical "humming" noise when on. 😉
