Things that Z'othra's soul does that I've found so far
Gives everyone(?) immunity to Artificial god except for The Shell

Gives life and several powers to The Shell

Is destroyed around Artificial God

Makes Dwade's face white and his powers stronger

Kills Sightless

Does... Something to Star Glitcher and gives him the rest of his head

Gives Rotten God a face and a better ability to destroy regenerating people(?) (Not sure)

Makes the Toge's hands glow

Gives Ledrigo some face (Thanks Kodlix)

Floats around Stasis Human (Thanks GiganticMagmar)

Makes The Tester kill whoever he swaps with (Thanks Venom)

If you use it on LEIDRIGO it gives him some face as well

i have discovered multiple interactions so far:

acid human seems to spread his effect when touching humans after interacting with zothra's soul
midas now instantly turns the entirety of anyone he touches into gold
skull-x1-6's arm cannon shoots an enormous destructive beam after interacting with zothra's soul
absorber can absorb an entire human instantly
the blast now marks humans entirely when touching them
the great champion fully disintegrates humans instead of only the parts he touched
the highest tier power i've seen hayu'ko give is crusher's, however after making him interact with the soul, the highest tier power i've seen him give is great champion's
healer has some interaction with the soul but i can't find out what it does
flame human also interacts with the soul (i think it improves his flame punch)
crusher seems to possibly become more powerful after interacting with the soul, not sure though|
duality elemental interacts with zothra's soul but i was unable to find what he does
buresu has no visible change in his powers or appearance but he has an interaction with zothra's soul
the enemy of humanity seems to have an interaction with zothra's soul yet i can't find out what it does

i have also checked some of the old ones and found some things too:

leidrigo doesn't just get a face, he can also now shoot laser beams out of his head
after interacting with the soul, when toge's spike hands touch a human they get ripped apart into pieces after a couple of seconds
once a zothra's soul comes in the surroundings of a stasis human, the following things occur: 1. it is permanently slowed down 2. it hovers over the ground
tester does not kill whoever he swaps with, he merely snaps their neck as some do not die
rotten god doesn't seem to have improved powers
